Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("SeeWear", "we", "us") for the use of the SeeWear app and website. By creating an account or using SeeWear, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use SeeWear.
• Give us a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating accounts to get extra try-ons is not allowed.

What you may upload

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store, process and display them only to provide SeeWear to you, including sending them to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to upload:

• photos of other people without their consent, or photos of children;
• nude, sexual, violent or otherwise illegal content;
• images you do not have the right to use.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI results

Try-on images are generated by AI. They are a visual preview, not a guarantee of fit, size, color or how a garment will look in real life. Always check the seller's size guide and return policy before you buy.

Clothing details suggested by AI (name, category, color, tags) may be inaccurate — you can edit them at any time.

Try-ons and plans

Each plan includes a number of try-ons per month. The counter resets at the start of each month and unused try-ons do not carry over. Failed try-ons do not count toward your limit.

Paid plans, when available, are purchased on our website and are subject to the price and conditions shown at checkout. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse SeeWear: do not try to break or overload the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to create deceptive or harmful images of real people.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Edit Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

SeeWear is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for purchase decisions made based on AI-generated previews. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
