Delete your account
You can delete your SeeWear account and all of your data at any time, right from the app.
In the app
- Open SeeWear and tap your avatar to open the menu.
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
Can't access the app?[email protected]Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email address, password).
- All photos in My Photos.
- Your wardrobe — every clothing item and its images.
- All looks and try-on results.
- Your notifications and the push notification identifiers of your devices.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — it can't be undone. You will receive one final email confirming that your account was deleted.
What we may keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices once paid plans are available. These records are kept for the period required by law and then deleted.
